Halie Thompson

Client Experience Associate

Halie Thompson holds a key role for the firm as a Client Experience Associate. As she answers calls, greets guests, and assists with client requests, she is also responsible for coordinating schedules and meetings between internal and external departments and assisting with the everyday functions of our office. She ventured here from the Midwest in August 2021.

Originally from Kansas she studied Public Relations through Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and was formerly involved with the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). As the Covid pandemic took a toll on her college town and slowed things down, she found a perfect fit with our firm which is actively growing day-by-day. There is no slowing down with this team! Halie enjoys involvement in her community and helping out where it counts. Before leaving Kansas, she built sand volleyball courts for the community park and hosted an opening day tournament to raise money for her school's library renovation. She also helped feed hundreds of families through the programs Feed His Lambs and Harvesters.

Halie mentored and prepared a group of amazing students for the annual Special Olympics, and also partook as a "Big Sister" to students who needed guidance and companionship. This was within the non-profit program Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She also managed football for four years while getting to shadow the athletic trainer. It was an honor of hers to be captain of the softball team and take on that leadership. In Illinois, she was given the opportunity to hold a Public Relations position for a non-profit project at Hellrung Park. They focused on creating a welcoming and friendly environment to keep the youth occupied with events such as cookouts, and basketball & kickball tournaments. She was also a proud participant in her sorority’s philanthropy mission, to raise proceeds and awareness for heart health, with the help of the annual Red Dress Gala event.

Halie thrives on helping individuals and her community and aspires to continue growing in PR and building meaningful relationships.
